O.C.TOBERFEST HALLOWEEN BEACH MAZE – Located at N. Division Street

Come experience the thrill of a giant Halloween Beach Maze during its two-weekend run, October 21-22 and October 28-29. Children of all ages, can enjoy a pleasant scream as they meander the sands of the giant, bigger and better beach maze! Wicked witches, pirates of the sand, scary scarecrows, ghouls in the graveyard, zombies and more will add to the excitement. Hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 3pm on Sundays. SEASIDE 10-MILE/5K 2017 - located at the Inlet Lot and Boardwalk

This well-known event will take place rain or shine!  Join in the 10-mile or 5K race, both starting at the Ocean City Inlet.  The race begins at 9:00 a.m.  The race course includes the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk.  Registration fees for participants.

A Seasonal Twist on a Quick Favorite

                     

Pumpkin Quesadillas 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 8 8 inches flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

In bowl, stir pumpkin and cumin; season. Spread over 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Top with remaining tortillas. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-low. Cook quesadillas 1 at a time, turning once and adding more oil between batches, until browned, 3 minutes. Cut into wedges.
