Meet Ashley
As a lifelong resident of the Delaware Beaches, Ashley has grown to love all that the area has to offer. Ashley grew up on a small farm in Ocean View, DE. Her Childhood home is now the location of a great bed and breakfast on Cedar Neck Road. As a child Ashley attended Indian River High School and spent summers on the beach in Bethany and Fenwick Island. She began working in the small coastal town of Fenwick Island at a young age, as most local kids did, at Warren’s Station.
After High School, Ashley worked her way through college at the Local Wilmington Trust bank. During this period Ashley attended Wilmington College and studied finance. While being employed at Wilmington Trust she was transferred to many different bank branches around Sussex County where she met a lot of great people in the towns of Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Georgetown and Millsboro, Delaware. This really gave her great insight to what everyday life was like in many small Delaware towns.
After the birth of her first child Ashley went to work for her husband. Her husband owned a construction company and was building many of the great vacation beach homes that dot the oceanfront communities of Cotton Patch Hills, Ocean Ridge, The Preserves, The Retreat, and Ocean Breezes as well as homes in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Fenwick Island. During this time period Ashley admired many beautiful homes in the coastal area.
It only seemed natural for Ashley to take her career one more step by becoming a REALTOR. Just as in all of her endeavors experience, dedication, and commitment to her clients are most important.
Currently, Ashley is a real estate agent affiliated with Long and Foster at the Bethany Beach branch. She has spent a lifetime on the shore and knows the Delaware beach area like the back of her hand. She has an intimate knowledge of the markets in Bethany Beach, South Bethany, Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach. Family Life
Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Neil, daughter Mikaela, and son Devon. Whether it is boating on the Indian River Bay, relaxing on the beach in Fenwick, or enjoying a night on the boardwalk in Bethany, the Brosnahan’s take full advantage of what the area has to offer.
Along with being passionate about her family, Ashley is also very involved in the local community. Her spare time is spent participating in community fundraising efforts, volunteering at her children’s schools, or serving as a member of the PTO.
