Ashley stepped in for our agent while he was on vacation. We were searching for a home near the beach that was basically a "good deal". She tirelessly showed us around and had a feel for what we liked and didn't like. We were returning to Baltimore on a Monday morning when she called with a recently foreclosed house that she thought we might like (based on what we had liked and disliked that weekend). We negotiated, with a great deal of help and suggestions from Ashley. She was always one step ahead of the deal and had answers to our questions immediately.
