Allie grew up in Leesport, Pennsylvania, where she followed the footsteps of the strong women in her family to become an educator and support youth in her community. During the summer months, she served as Director of the Olivet Boys and Girls Club Summer Day Camp, overseeing planning and daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-organized experience for all participants.
She spent more than 15 years teaching elementary school at her alma mater, developing strong skills in patience, communication, and relationship-building. Throughout her career, Allie held leadership roles on committees, assisted with math and science curriculum development, and coordinated school-wide assemblies. She also coached junior high girls’ soccer and volunteered with the girls’ high school volleyball and basketball teams, further strengthening her leadership and teamwork skills.
Inspired at a young age by her father’s work, Allie developed an early appreciation for how homes shape lives, memories, and communities. She spent evenings as a child sketching house designs alongside him, sparking a lasting interest in real estate. This career allows Allie to combine both passions—serving her community while helping clients find a space that truly feels like home.
Allie is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where she was honored as Grand Marshal of her education class, and holds a master's degree in education from Cabrini College. A former Penn State THON volunteer, she proudly supports the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, which has raised more than $200 million for pediatric cancer—a cause especially meaningful to her as both of her parents are cancer survivors.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys live music at local restaurants, biking the boardwalk, reading on the beach, running along Coastal Highway, and spending time with friends and family—especially her nieces, Olive and Hazel.
