Jennifer Sprucebank Client Care Coordinator
Jennifer grew up a beach girl across the Delaware Bay in southern New Jersey. Although she had moved away after college, she always knew the beach was her happy place. Jennifer and her husband, Brian, lived outside the Baltimore area for over 15 years before an opportunity had relocated their family to Sussex County.
Jennifer joined The Ashley Brosnahan Team in March of 2018 as our transaction coordinator. In this position, she manages all the paperwork and deadlines involved in the real estate transaction. Jennifer is involved in every step of the listing and selling process and monitors progress from beginning to end to ensure a smooth transaction for each client.
When she is away from the office, you will find her enjoying the beach life with her husband, Brian and two children, Evan and Ella.
