Are houses SPYING on you?

Did you know that a whopping 50% of homeowners have audio and video equipment in their home? Meaning, many home sellers are able to not only see, but also HEAR what potential buyers are saying about their property during showings. 

What does this mean for you as a buyer? While we certainly encourage conversation when touring properties, we recommend being considerate with your choice of words, and most importantly, saving any big ticket items (i.e. price), until after you’ve left the home. You never want to give up your negotiating power, and price is something to be kept confidential between you and your Realtor!
