Once you know your budget, we can start to pin down specifics and talk about what you’re looking for in a home. This is typically when we start to go see homes in person, which is usually the most fun part of the process! You can figure out what style of home you’d like, find a community that fits your wants, and get a feel for what affects value in homes within different areas.

It’s important to be brutally honest with us along the process. Don’t be afraid to share what you love AND what you hate about certain aspects of a home. That way, we can adjust your search accordingly as we go! Once we narrow in on the perfect home for you, that’s when we can write a contract.

From there our teams job is to ensure the smoothest process possible. We’re there with you every step of the way, and we make sure that you have all of the resources that you need in place to get the home closed on time.

For me [Ashley Brosnahan], as someone who’s a born and raised Delaware native, I know our towns along the coastline all throughout Delaware and Maryland like the back of my hand. Helping others find their little slice of paradise in our amazing community is not only my passion, but it’s something that I have just always really enjoyed and found extremely rewarding.
