Sedona Restaurant in Bethany Beach is a top-rated American restaurant on TripAdvisor and a favorite among both locals and vacationers. Sedona dates back to 1993. The crab remick, served in an iron skillet and filled with crab meat, parmesan cheese and bacon, is a customer favorite. During the summer, their Watermelon Salad makes it on the menu and is anything but your standard salad. From the citrus dressing to the watermelon served over field greens, it tastes like summertime. Sedona is located on the main restaurant drag in Bethany at 26 N Pennsylvania Ave.
Family-owned DiFebo’s began in 1987 and is more than your standard Italian restaurant. DiFebo’s supports the Wounded Warrior Project, Delaware Food Bank, and Joshua M. Freeman Foundation. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian meal, look no further than DiFebo’s. Their homemade pasta and sauces are comparable to those found in Italy. DiFebo’s makes hand-rolled meatballs that people come from near and far to taste. Also worth mentioning is DiFebo’s dessert menu, which is highly acclaimed across the entire state of Delaware. DiFebo’s is located at 789 Garfield Parkway in Bethany Beach and accepts reservations.

With a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor and glowing reviews, it’s no surprise Patsy’s Restaurant ranks within the top three restaurants in Bethany Beach. Patsy’s opened in 2000, and has a unique menu that was inspired by Key West. The owners chose to open in Bethany Beach due to their love of the area and family history, which dates back to the 1960s. Patsy’s only uses the highest quality ingredients, including fresh local fish, beef, herbs and produce, which is delivered daily. Their signature dish is the whole flash-fried red snapper, which is flown in from Key West and flash fried tempura style. Bethany Blues BBQ, founded in 2003, is the proud owner of a wood-fired smoker that was built in Mesquite, Texas, allowing the joint to serve the most authentic BBQ. Bethany Blues serves locally-famous dishes, including Pigs On The Wing, award-winning brisket and pulled chicken. Pigs On The Wing are chopped St. Louis Ribs, served with buffalo hot sauce, bleu cheese dressing, celery and carrots. What also makes Bethany Blues unique is its weekly events, including team trivia, bingo, paint night, live entertainment and their Sunday brunch extravaganza. The Blue Crab offers all-you-can-eat crabs in the heart of downtown Bethany Beach and is just steps from the bustling boardwalk. Founded in 2004, The Blue Crab is family-owned and operated by Tim Haley. Nothing is frozen or pre-made at The Blue Crab. They use fresh jumbo crab meat from real blue crabs, they use local produce in dishes and their chicken arrives fresh. The aforementioned all-you-can-eat feasts make The Blue Crab unique. Whether you order the blue crab, shrimp or chicken, The Blue Crab guarantees a feast. The Blue Crab received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellent in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Business is booming and in 2012, The Blue Crab expanded with the Bethany Oyster House, which is located directly next door and serves the freshest oysters, clams, and mussels in Bethany Beach. The Bethany Oyster House has a raw and steamer bar, offering oyster shooters, steamed shrimp, and steamed clams. We recommend visiting for happy hour when oysters are only $1. The Blue Crab and Bethany Oyster House are located at 210 Garfield Pkwy in Bethany Beach.
