From musical performances to lights, horse wagon rides, face painters and trolley rides, it’s time for holiday fun in Bethany Beach, Delaware. If you’re looking for a little inspiration, we’ve compiled this list with events happening in Bethany Beach.
Gather up the family and visit Town Hall on Saturday, December 7 for face painting and photos with Santa complete with hot cocoa, cookies, and a station for children to write letters to Santa. In addition, traditional favorites will be back this year, like horse-drawn wagon rides, trolley rides through town, and beach tractor rides will be extended until 4:00 p.m. According to the town, the trolley will also be running to select pick up locations throughout Bethany Beach. Following the happenings, the tree lighting will take place at 5 pm at the Bandstand Plaza.
On Saturday, December 7th, the Town of Bethany Beach will host its annual Holiday Happenings from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Town Hall. According to the town website, Holiday Happenings will once again kick-off “Weekend Wonderland in Bethany,” a town-wide collaboration where participating businesses will offer special activities and incentives on the three Saturdays prior to Christmas: December 7th, 14th, and 21st.
