3. More property/land, and privacy of your own? Does acreage matter to you? 
4. Another factor to look for: proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, gas stations, ect.
5. Lastly, price point! Tip: If you’d like to be in a community with an HOA, have you factored those monthly and/or annual costs into your overall budget?
