There are a lot of different components to analyzing a properties value! A lot of people ask questions about “Zestimates”. While Zillow takes a computer generated analysis of what properties have sold around you, we do things a bit differently! When we do a comparative market analysis, we’re taking the square footage of your home, meaning all heated living space- this doesn’t include porches, garages, ect, – we’re also taking a look at your upgrades, location, and overall we’re looking at the whole picture of every aspect that contributes to your home. Then we’re comparing your property to the properties that have sold in your area, the properties that are actively on the market, and the properties that are pending. Finally, we form our final analysis – after reviewing your whole home aspects and through property comparison – and that’s how we come up with with a good listing number for your home!
