Should sellers be present during showings?

When asked this question by our sellers, we like to let them down easy… but, also let them know that it’s typically best to step out, and leave their property when a potential buyer is present and touring the home in question. This allows the buyer to have the opportunity to view the home at their leisure, while also giving them the space to discuss items and ask questions with their agent.
