MEET MIKAELA

Mikaela Brosnahan is a multi-generation local, born and raised in the Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island area. Her lifelong connection to the Delaware beaches gives her clients something that can’t be learned from a map — firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area such a special place to call home.
A graduate of the Indian River School District and the University of Delaware, Mikaela has always had a passion for helping others. Before beginning her career in real estate, she served her community as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician in both New Castle and Sussex Counties.
Mikaela also grew up working in the local hospitality industry, eventually becoming a supervisor at Warren’s Station and Assistant Manager at David Twining’s Nantuckets in Fenwick Island. Those years helped shape the work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail she now brings to every real estate transaction.
Since beginning her real estate career, Mikaela has built her business around helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the Delaware and Maryland beach markets. Her local knowledge, years of experience, and understanding of the coastal market allow her to be a valuable resource for clients whether they are purchasing a primary residence, searching for the perfect beach home, or preparing to sell a property.
For Mikaela, real estate is about much more than a transaction. She values building lasting relationships with her clients and providing the level of communication, guidance, and service she would want for her own family. Being able to help people buy and sell homes in the community where she grew up is one of the things she loves most about her career.
Outside of real estate, Mikaela enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Maverick. When they’re not out exploring with Maverick, you can usually find Mikaela and Kyle boating, enjoying time on the water, or checking out the local restaurant scene. Having grown up at the beach, Mikaela truly loves the coastal lifestyle and everything the Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island area has to offer.
Mikaela is also an avid golfer who has played courses throughout Delaware, with Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club remaining her favorite.
Mikaela is passionate about supporting local businesses and giving back to the community that helped shape her. Having grown up in a small beach town, she understands just how important local businesses, organizations, and the people behind them are to the character of the area.
Whether you’re buying or selling at the Delaware or Maryland beaches, Mikaela combines genuine local knowledge, real estate experience, and a personal approach to help make the process as seamless as possible.
